Rates and Insurance

$125 individual session (45-50 min)
$160 Couple/Family session-up to 5 people or additional $15 per person (60 min)
$160 Initial assessment for individuals (1st session) (50-60 min)

$225 Initial assessment for Couples (50-60 minutes conducted in two appointments; one fee)

$225 Initial assessment for Family (60 minutes)

$225 Crisis appointments (60 minutes)

$25-$100 Case management needs (excess of 10 minutes a week in emails or phone calls)

Optum, United Health Care, Cigna, AvMed, Tricare East, UMR, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna


Self-pay option may assure higher privacy and confidentiality. Having insurance pay all or part of your bill for mental health care means that the counselor must give you a mental health diagnosis.  Many times, this means that the diagnosis follows you throughout your life and can influence your qualification for health and/or life insurance.  In addition, insurance may require more details about your presenting problem than you may be comfortable with them knowing. Also, insurance may audit your file, which may include the case notes. At this time therapist can provide a superbill for reimbursement to insurances that are out of network with providers. 


We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Payment is collected the morning of appointments.

Cancellation Policy

One business day (24-hour) notice is required, except on Monday appointments. Cancellations for Monday appointments are due by 3:00 pm on Fridays. Please note that we are not available for contact on weekends and Holidays. Due to scheduling of others appointments and your reserved time, you will still be charged the full session fee.
